The Kalupar Tower, a free-standing clock tower, is the Kalupar Area’s landmark. Established in 1925, this 97-year-old clock tower has been recognised as a Grade IIA-protected structure and part of Ahmedabad’s UNESCO World Heritage City.

An essential element of the civic architecture of the 20th century, the Kalupur tower is a miniaturised version of tower typology.
