Warli Painting is a tribal art practised by the Adivasi community located in the North Sahyadri Range of Western India. The roots of this tribal art can be traced back to the 10th century AD. The original art was monosyllabic and used a basic graphic vocabulary of a circle, a triangle and a square.

The simplicity of the design, the use of a single white colour and the creation of beautiful motifs using simple lines are the identity of this centuries-old art. In our endeavour, The Heritage Art hopes to revive this art and bring the glory of its greatness back to help the artists keep alive this ancient art of ours.
